Efrique has four (4) different event management products that helps event organizers manage their events seamlessly. These 4 products work differently from each other. The products include:


  • 1. Vote Management System .
  • 2. Event Tickets & Registration System.
  • 3.Custom Form Management System
  • 4. Trivia Management System .


Also, Elfrique uses 3 Different Payment Gateways on the website. And all the payment gateway has their strengths in countries. Below is the strength of the Payment Gateways:

Elfrique supports each seller with Bulk Email Marketing to all our email subscribers. We have a total of 50,000 email subscribers. We notify them on email two times weekly about an event.


VOTE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM – HOW IT WORKS

For the vote management system, we use two different approach to include:

  • a. 3-Digits USSD Multi-Bank Short Code
  • b. Website Based Voting System

PAGEANT VOTING SELLERS GUIDE


Below is a guide on how to list your voting contest.

  • 1. Visit www.elfrique.com and click on register to create your account.
  • 2. After you have created your Elfrique account, refer to your email and click on the activation link sent to the email address provided at the registration point to have your Elfrique account activated.
  • 3. After you have created your account and activated it, then login and navigate and click on the voting tab-menu. The menu drop down would be displayed.
  • 4. Click on start voting to create your voting contest. Check all the textbox and click on proceed to the next page where you will provide details of the event (Event Title, Start Date & Time etc.). Once you are done providing all the needed details, then click on Create voting. NOTE THAT THIS SECTIONS IS VERY IMPORTANT AS YOU NOTIFY THE SYSTEM IF YOUR EVENT IS FREE OR PAID
  • 5. After you have created the contest and provided the title of the contest, the system will store the record. You are to go back to the voting menu to click on the "ADD CONTESTANTS" category to add contestants on the contests you have created. You are to enter the number of contestants you want to upload and you are to select the voting option by the title of the contest which you have created earlier. Once you have done this, then you click upload. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU CAN ONLY UPLOAD 19 CONTESTANTS AT A TIME.
  • 6. If you have need to add sponsors or other relevant details for your contest, then you go back to the voting menu tab and click on the category that you want to populate with information.
  • 7. If you made a mistake while uploading a contestant, then you are to click on the contestant section and select the title of the contest where the mistake was made and then click on either EDIT or DELETE to have your corrections made.
  • 8. Also, if you made a mistake while creating the contest and you need to have an item corrected or removed, them you are to click on the "VIEW CONTEST" tab under the voting menu to see a list of contests you have created. You are to navigate to option and click EDIT or change the action point that you want corrected.
  • 9. If you want to view voting sales report, you are to click on the “SALES ANALYTICS” under the voting menu-tab and select the contest you want to view sales report. You can export report on PDF, Excel or any format that you want. You can also view all voters that has participated in your contest by clicking on the VIEW VOTERS that is found under the result page.
  • 10. After you have created your contest, you can find you link and USSD number when you click on the view contest. Click on Voting Link to be re-directed to your voting page or you look at the serial number section to find you USSD Number. You are you add the USSD number with this string *565*6*0024*Your-Identification-Number# to transact on the USSD. Sales reports are displayed on the website in real time.

AWARD VOTING SELLERS GUIDE

Below is a guide on how to list your voting contest.

  • 1. Visit www.elfrique.com and click on register to create your account.
  • 2. After you have created your Elfrique account, refer to your email and click on the activation link sent to the email address provided at the registration point to have your Elfrique account activated.
  • 3. After you have created your account and activated it, then login and navigate and click on the voting tab-menu. The menu drop down would be displayed.
  • 4. Click on start voting to create your voting contest. Check all the textbox. Ensure to remove the check box from Pageant and check the Award category box as its solely designed for award voting. You would be required to enter the total number of Award Categories for your contest amidst other details and click on proceed. The next page will require you to provide names of all the categories and event details (Event Title, Start Date & Time etc.). Once you are done providing all the needed details, then click on Create voting. NOTE THAT THIS SECTIONS IS VERY IMPORTANT AS YOU NOTIFY THE SYSTEM IF YOUR EVENT IS FREE OR PAID.
  • 5. After you have created the contest and provided the title of the contest, the system will store the record. You are to go back to the voting menu to click on the "ADD CONTESTANTS" category to add contestants on the contests you have created.   • 11. If you want to view voting sales report, you are to click on the “SALES ANALYTICS” under the voting menu-tab and select the contest you want to view sales report. You can export report on PDF, Excel or any format that you want. You can also view all voters that has participated in your contest by clicking on the VIEW VOTERS that is found under the result page.
  • 12. After you have created your contest, you can find you link and USSD number when you click on the view contest. EVENT TICKETS & REGISTRATION SYSTEM – HOW TO SELL TICKETS SEAMLESSLY

Whether you're a first-time event organizer or you've been in the game for years; whether you're selling less than 10 tickets or more than 10,000 tickets, Elfrique is designed to help you make great events happen.

You can use Elfrique to Sell event tickets or to accept free registrations for event that are free.

Below is a guide on how you can get started with selling your event tickets on Elfrique.

  • 1. Visit www.elfrique.com and click on register to create your account.
  • 2. After you have created your Elfrique account, refer to your email and click on the activation link sent to the email address provided at the registration point to have your Elfrique account activated.
  • 3. After you have created your account and activated it, then login to navigate and click on the registration tab-menu. The menu drop down would be displayed.
  • 4. Click on “CREATE EVENT” to create either your FREE or PAID tickets for your event. Provide all required details on the create event section and click on create event. Once you click on create event, your event will go live immediately.
  • 5. Click on “VIEW EVENTS” to see a list of all the events you have created and to find your website link for the tickets you have created. Also, you can edit any aspect of this ticket sales by clicking on the Option sections on the View Event category.
  • 6. Click on “SALES ANALYTICS” and select the event type that you want to monitor sales as they happen.
  • 7. To promote your event, you are to use the Elfrique website link on your advertorials.
CUSTOM FORM MANAGEMENT SYSTEM – SELLERS GUIDE

This system allows you to create your custom form questions and allow users to register seamlessly. This helps you eliminate paper form registration by allowing your users register online.


Our form system works for both FREE and PAID form set-ups. With this custom form system, you achieve your goal faster.


Below is a guide on how to list your form on Elfrique.

  • 1. Visit www.elfrique.com and click on register to create your account.
  • 2. After you have created your Elfrique account, refer to your email and click on the activation link sent to the email address provided at the registration point to have your Elfrique account activated.
  • 3. After you have created your account and activated it, then login to navigate and click on the “FORM” tab-menu. The menu drop down would be displayed.
  • 4. Click on “CREATE FORM” to create either your FREE or PAID form for your event. Provide all required details on the create form section and use the drag-and-drop editor to customize your form set-up. Drag a box into the form creator box and then edit to rename the name to what you want.
  • 5. Once you are done with creating your form and reviewing, you click on the create form tab to go-live.
  • 6. Click on “VIEW FORMS” to see a list of all the events you have created and to find your website link for the forms you have created. Also, you can edit any aspect of the form you have created by clicking on the “Option” sections on the View Form category.
  • 7. Click on “SALES ANALYTICS” and select the form type that you want to view registration reports.
  • 8. To promote your event, you are to use the Elfrique website link on all your advertorials.
TRIVIA MANAGEMENT SYSTEM – SELLERS GUIDE

The Trivia System is built to help you manage your quiz, riddles, questions and answer sessions. Trivia’s are best used to engage your audience better to participate in one of the questions you ask them. With our trivia system, users can pay to answer your questions, or they can answer the questions for free depending on the goal you want to achieve.

Below is a guide on how to list your form on Elfrique.

  • 1. Visit www.elfrique.com and click on register to create your account.
  • 2. After you have created your Elfrique account, refer to your email and click on the activation link sent to the email address provided at the registration point to have your Elfrique account activated.
  • 3. After you have created your account and activated it, then login to navigate and click on the “TRIVIA” tab-menu. The menu drop down would be displayed.
  • 4. Click on “CREATE TRIVIA” to create either your FREE or PAID trivia. Provide all required details on the create trivia section and set your questions and click on submit trivia to go live.
  • 5. Click on “UPDATE TRIVIA” if you want to edit any aspect of the trivia you have created.
  • 6. Click on “UPDATE QUESTION” to edit or delete any aspect of the trivia questions you have created.
  • 7. Click on “UPDATE ANSWERS” to have answers to each question uploaded.
  • 8. Click on “VIEW RESULTS” to view performance from each of the persons that has participated on the trivia contest.
  • 9. Click on “SALES ANALYTICS” to view sales report.
  • 10. To promote your trivia, you are to use the Elfrique website link on all your advertorials.
