We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our team, the following cancellation terms apply:

Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may attract a 50% cancellation fee of the agreed service charge.

Same-Day Cancellation/No-Show: For cancellations made on the day of the event or failure to show up without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling: Rescheduling is subject to the availability of our ushers and must be communicated in advance. Additional charges may apply depending on the new date and arrangements.

Refunds: Any eligible refund will be processed according to the agreed terms and may exclude administrative or preparation costs already incurred.
