In the rare event that we have to cancel a domestic tour due to unavoidable circumstances (such as low enrollment, safety concerns, or severe weather), you may choose one of the following:
- A full refund
- Rescheduling to a new tour date
- Conversion of your payment to tour credit
Cancellations by Client
The refund you receive depends on how close to the tour date you cancel:
- 21 or more days before the tour: 95% refund (5% is retained to cover administrative and reservation costs)
- 10 to 20 days before the tour: 80% refund
- 5 to 9 days before the tour: 50% refund
- Less than 5 days before the tour: No refund
