Day One moves through a rich sequence of experiences rooted in Akwa Ibom's culture and history. Rather than a dry, fact-driven tour, the day is built around emotional storytelling — guided visits to heritage sites, professional narration, photography, folklore, and live cultural demonstrations that let guests feel the story of the destination rather than simply hear it. Interactive icebreakers, trivia, and couple or team challenges are woven throughout to turn strangers into friends and give couples shared moments to build on. The signature moment of the weekend is the evening campfire — Stories Under the Stars. Couples enjoy relationship games and appreciation exercises, while singles take part in friendship circles and speed networking. Fireside conversations, facilitated by a relationship coach, a marriage counselor, and real couples, explore communication, purpose, and partnership — framed intentionally as genuine conversation, never a lecture. The night rounds out with acoustic music, dance, spoken word, and comedy, before a late-night spread of barbecue, grilled fish, small chops, and hot chocolate gives the evening a warm, exclusive close.
Day Two shifts gears toward renewal and celebration.
