It's an online contest in which the winner is decided by the number of votes the individual picture aquired after the voting processes.

 The voting starts from June 1st, and ends by August 31st. And each vote costs #50 and is paid at vote point, via airtime, transfer or online/card. You can vote more than once. 

  NB: There is no special treats. We deal on the facts due to the votes.
